Nate Leiby June 12, 2018

Nate Leiby has been selected as an intern to travel in the Northeast Region. He currently is in his first year of pursuing an MS degree in Agronomy at Penn State University under the advisement of Dr. Max Schlossberg. Nate also received a BS degree in Turfgrass Science from Penn State in May 2018.

Nate’s passion for turfgrass management began while working at Frosty Valley Country Club (Danville, Pennsylvania) during high school. He was immediately drawn to the satisfaction of watching a well-managed turfgrass system be enjoyed by players of all skill levels and ages. Nate previously worked as an intern with the Milwaukee Brewers (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) and at Whistling Straits (Sheboygan, Wisconsin).

Nate plans to graduate in August 2020 with a MS degree in Agronomy with the goal of pursuing a career in consulting.
