Virginia C. Drosos

USGA Executive Committee

Virginia C. Drosos, of Dallas, Texas, is in the third of a three-year term on the USGA Executive Committee.

Drosos served as CEO of Signet Jewelers, Ltd., the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, from 2017-2024 and on the Board of Directors from 2012-2024. Prior to joining Signet, she served as President and CEO of Assurex Health, a biotech startup, and Group President of Global Beauty Care at Procter & Gamble, where she spent 25 years.

Drosos is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the board of directors of International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (NYSE: IFF), and was previously a director for Foot Locker, Inc. from 2022-2025 and American Financial Group from 2013-2021. A longtime supporter of purpose-driven organizations, Drosos serves on the board of directors and is a trustee of the P&G Alumni Foundation, served five years on the Akron Children’s Hospital Board, and was also a director for Back2Back Ministries and chair of the Cosmetic Executive Women Foundation.

Among her many professional honors, Drosos has been recognized by Forbes Women 50 over 50, WWD x FN x Beauty Inc 50 Women in Power, Top 50 Women CEOs by Women We Admire, EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Woman of the Year, Ohio Venture Exit of the Year, Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business, YWCA Career Women of Achievement, and the Cosmetic Executive Women Achiever.

In 2026, Drosos will chair the Foundation Board as well as the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee, and serve on the Finance, Audit & Risk and Handicap committees.
